Battery-powered firefighting fans of all kinds are on the rise worldwide. Products have long since gone far beyond DIY applications, and rechargeable batteries are increasingly finding their way into the professional sector. The development does not stop at firefighting fans or rescue tools. Today, a modern rechargeable battery can easily meet the correspondingly high requirements, provided that a few points are taken into account when purchasing and caring for it.

Charging & power electronics – Does your PPV firefighting fan have brains or just brawn?
What your high-performance firefighting fan brings with it in terms of design inefficiencies must be made up for in terms of sheer extra power. As with a gasoline engine running above its power limits, this is reflected negatively in the service life and in high service costs for the entire system.
